Welcome to Laptop Tools. By purchasing any product or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Information

• Laptop Tools sells used laptops and desktop computers, including products imported from Dubai.
• All used products may have normal signs of previous use, such as minor scratches or cosmetic marks.
• Product specifications, condition, battery health and accessories may vary from one unit to another.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect and verify the product before completing the purchase.

2. Product Testing

• Every product is tested by our team before delivery.
• Customers may check the laptop/desktop's major functions and specifications before purchase.
• Once the product has been accepted and purchased, the No Return & No Refund Policy will apply.

3. Warranty & Service

• Selected products may come with 30 days replacement warranty and up to 3 years service support, according to the applicable product warranty terms.
• Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection by Laptop Tools.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, unauthorized repair/modification and misuse are not covered under warranty.
• Battery degradation and normal wear & tear are not considered warranty defects unless specifically stated on the invoice.

4. No Return & No Refund

• All sales are final.
• Products cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
• Change of mind, personal preference, incorrect choice of model or similar reasons will not qualify for a return or refund.
• Any eligible replacement or service will be handled according to our Warranty & Service Policy.

5. Payment

• Customers are responsible for making payment according to the agreed purchase price.
• Product ownership will be transferred after full payment has been received.

6. Invoice & Warranty Claim

• Customers should keep their original Laptop Tools invoice/receipt safely.
• An original invoice may be required for warranty or service claims.
• Warranty cannot be claimed if the product's serial number, warranty sticker or identification details have been tampered with or removed.

7. Website Information

• Laptop Tools makes reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices and availability accurate.
• Product availability and prices may change without prior notice.
• Images shown on the website may be for product representation; actual product condition may vary.

8. Policy Changes

Laptop Tools reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy and Return Policy when necessary. Updated policies will be published on this website.

9. Customer Agreement

By purchasing a product from Laptop Tools, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable Product Condition, Warranty, Service, Return and Refund Terms & Conditions.
