Laptop Warranty & Service Policy

At Laptop Tools, we are committed to providing quality used laptops and reliable after-sales service. Every laptop is tested before delivery and comes with the following warranty and service support.

1. 30 Days Replacement Warranty

• Purchase date থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো major hardware problem দেখা দিলে, আমাদের inspection-এর পর applicable ক্ষেত্রে replacement দেওয়া হবে।
• Replacement একই model বা available equivalent model দিয়ে হতে পারে।
• Replacement শুধুমাত্র manufacturing/hardware-related issue-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

2. 3 Years Service Warranty

• Laptop purchase-এর তারিখ থেকে ৩ বছর পর্যন্ত free service support পাওয়া যাবে।
• Hardware সমস্যা হলে আমাদের technicians inspection করে সমস্যার সমাধানের ব্যবস্থা করবেন।
• প্রয়োজনীয় spare parts বা components-এর ক্ষেত্রে applicable charges customer-এর বহন করতে হতে পারে।

3. Warranty Conditions

Warranty/Replacement প্রযোজ্য হবে না যদি:

• Laptop-এ physical damage, broken body, cracked screen বা liquid/water damage থাকে।
• Laptop খুলে অন্য technician/shop দ্বারা repair বা modification করা হয়।
• Serial number, warranty sticker বা identification label পরিবর্তন/নষ্ট করা হয়।
• Customer-এর ভুল ব্যবহার, accidental damage, electrical surge বা improper voltage-এর কারণে সমস্যা হয়।
• Virus, malware, Windows/software-related সমস্যা hardware warranty-এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
• Battery backup কমে যাওয়া বা battery-এর normal wear & tear warranty-এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
• Charger, adapter, bag, mouse বা অন্যান্য accessories-এর damage/missing হওয়া replacement warranty-এর আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

4. Warranty Claim Process

Warranty claim করার জন্য customer-কে Laptop Tools-এর original invoice/receipt সঙ্গে আনতে হবে। আমাদের technical team product inspection করার পর warranty claim-এর eligibility নির্ধারণ করবে.

Important Notice

Warranty coverage এবং replacement decision Laptop Tools-এর technical inspection and verification-এর উপর নির্ভরশীল। Warranty terms product অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং purchase-এর সময় customer-কে applicable terms জানানো হবে.
